1:1 Personal Training sessions available throughout the week.
- The cost is £30 per session (1 hour).
- You can split the cost with a friend (ideal if of a similar fitness level).

Where are these done?
Sessions are mobile which means I will travel to a venue of your choice, e.g. could be your own home (space permitting), park, gym etc.
PT is perfect for anyone wanting to lose weight, build strength, gain confidence etc.

I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 2007 when I qualified as a Gym Instructor, a couple of years later I qualified as a Personal Trainer, and since I have trained as a Spin Instructor, Boot Camp, Tabata, as well as Pilates teacher.
