1:1 Personal Training sessions available throughout the week.
The cost is £30 per session (1 hour).
This includes: full body composition assessment, nutritional guidance, Boot Camp classes FREE of charge, FREE equipment hire.
You can split the cost of the sessions with a partner if you wish to train with a friend.
Sessions are mobile which means I will travel to a venue of your choice, e.g. could be your own home (space permitting), park, gym etc.
Sessions are perfect for anyone wanting to lose weight, build strength, gain confidence etc.
